Garden Design

Good design is at the heart of all we do and it is the starting point of all successful projects. We offer a complete package from initial consultation, design package from sketches and plans to construction drawings and project completion. Based in Co.Down we offer a complete landscape design and consultancy service across Northern Ireland. Our garden design service is completely adaptable allowing you to choose how much of a design your require, from concept plans through to full scale plans, construction details, planting plans and material qualities and costings. The typical garden design consists of: • Initial Consultation - A site visit where we will discuss your needs and ideas for your garden. We will create a detailed design brief which forms part of a client agreement along with a quotation outlining the design fees. • Site Survey and Analysis - A full measured survey of the garden taking note of all the important exisitng features such as aspect, soil type and level changes. • Concept Plans - The concept plan will show the main form the proposed design will take (subject to client approval) as well as samples of materials and a rough budget for the proposed work. • Garden Design Plan - This comprises of a full scaled colour plan of the proposed landscaping including structures and features within the garden and detailed construction drawings where necessary • Planting Plan - The final part of the design process will be the preparation of a full planting plan. The planting plan will be accompanied by a fixed price quotation for the supply and planting of chosen plants.
